Seats. Starter covers a team of up to 8 and Pro up to 20 — the seats are included in the plan price, not billed on top. A team of twelve sits on Pro, and picks up the Daily Planner and the daily site digest on the way. Spare seats stay yours to fill as the team grows.
Per project. The per-project figure is the plan’s entry price spread across the projects it carries — $479 over 4 projects on Starter, $999 over 10 on Pro. Run fewer projects than the plan allows and the rate per project is higher.
Launch rate. Pro’s standard price is $1,399 per month. The $999 launch rate is available for a limited time until 30 November 2026, and is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active. The standard rate of $1,399 applies to subscriptions started after that date.
Actions list + distribution runs off the Daily Planner, so it comes with Pro and above.
Trials. Starter runs a four-week trial with a card up front — one full look-ahead cycle. We’ll email you before the first charge, and you can cancel any time; cancellation runs to the end of the paid period.
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Prices are subject to change. We’ll give existing customers notice before any change takes effect.
Four weeks is one complete cycle — long enough to know. Or send us a look-ahead first and we’ll show you what it looks like in Baseline. If it’s not better than the spreadsheet, say so.
